Sometimes, we need to leave margins according to the application. There are side margins and end margins. Industry standards require the perforated metal with unfished end margins and keep minimum margins for side margin. But is is not absolute, we made adjustments according to customer’s requirements. But normally, with fished margins will be cost more. If you do not mention this, we will produce according to industry standard.

Location holes are commonly required to install easily. Usually we use CNC laser cut machine to cut location holes. If have such requirements, please tell us in advance. Submit a drawing will be very helpful.

Nobody can guarantee 100% precision. The precision will be affected by the materials, holes and patterns. We have strict inspection department to keep the tolerance into minimum.

During the production, burrs ,scratches, oil can’t be avoided. We have our standard to control all of these , but if the material surface is important , then it must be mentioned on the request. so that we can provide correct quotation accordingly. Sometimes, it will cost more handle these high requirements on surface finish.

When perforated metal are used to architectural decoration, then we need to take finish treatment, like anodizing, powder coated, PVDF coating. But before coating, must take degrease treatment, this step is critical to guarantee the coating quality.

Packing is to make sure the products arrive at customers hand safely. Different products have different packing standard, some need to use wooded case, while some need using pallet, others may need to pack by PP or paper first, but some cannot be over packed to guarantee the permeability. Huijin has one set of packing standard, which is receive good praise from customers.
