Equipments to guarantee all perforated metal jobs smoothly.

Huijin has been focusing on the equipment introduce and upgrade. With 27 perforating presses , 12 brake presses,  and 7 levelers, 8 shears, 5 turret press, 1 laser and one machine workshop ,one cleaning as well as two painting workshops. Huijin spend 10% annual budget in equipment introducing and upgrading each year, which can give good production support on all perforated jobs.

Besides the big equipment, huijin also pay attention to the complete of tool, thus can finish the perforated jobs at fast time. Now huijin owns hundreds of tools at hand, you can choose from our tool list; for those without in our list, huijin team will customize for you.

All across press

We have four all-across presses, can produce the material from 0.5mm to 6mm, the width from 1000mm to 2000mm. The material could be carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. The all-across press is with high work efficiency and low error. The speed can be up to 400spm and the error is lower than 0.02.

Can produce from 20tons to 400tons, the material with can be up to 2000mm, and thickness from 0.5mm to 15mm, contains all across press, turret press, common press

Turret press

Huiin equip 6 Turret presses, this machine can not only produce easy shape, but also can punch different complicated shapes, like the landscape, profile, tree, and mountain etc. The machine capacity is from 0.5mm to 10mm, the width could be from 1000mm to 1524mm. The Material is carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.

 

Common pesses

Huijin have 17 common presses, the machine capacity is from 0.4mm to 13mm thickness, the width can be up to 2000mm. Common press is flexible but with low production efficiency.

Leveler

Material deform happened during the perforating, the leveler can make it into a flatness level. The flaness is dependent on the material, size, open rate, pattern and margin. Huijin leveler capacity Is up to 3500mm, and control the flatness tolerance into minimum.

Press brakes

Brake press is used to form and shape the perforated metal according to customer’s demands. The brake press operation requires high technology and experiences to finish an accurate product. Huijin’s operator is with more than 20 years experience in this operation. The machine capacity is can be 6000mm width and 25mm thickness from 100 to 400tons.

Laser cut machine

Laser cut machine is used to cut the perforated metal into accurate size, it can also be used to produce complex shape . Huijin operated 2 laser cut machines, with the capacity to 60’’ width, 0.5’’thickness and 120’’long. The material that could be produced by laser cut machine is carbons steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel etc.
